Data Entry Coordinator

Position Description

KAZ Company is one of Ohio’s premier Medicare Health Plan agencies, serving thousands of individuals across the country to provide Medicare program education, and support in shopping for Medicare insurance products to meet their needs. We are highly regarded in the industry for our emphasis on client service, highly visible approach to marketing, agent training and support, use of technology, and agent lead generation.

We are looking for a detailed oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in our CRM database. You will be collaborating with other staff and communicating with clients daily. If you’re enthusiastic about data entry and working in a supportive team environment this opportunity is for you.

Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support to the company with a sense of accuracy and urgency.
  • Answer and direct calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including scanner, copier, fax machine and postage machine.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as requested by management.
  • Input and process a high volume of data accurately.
  • Assist with client appointment scheduling.
  • Prepare and organize client files.

None

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cell phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

  • Seasonal hourly position (with opportunity for on-going full-time employment)
  • 40-hour work week
  • In-office

Required Education & Experience

  • Maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, work ethic and an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to type and use general office equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Uphold professional conduct and appearance in the office.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • 2-3 years of clerical experience
